This recognition from Kubota Tractor Corporation honors dealers who demonstrate outstanding performance and a strong commitment to continuous improvement throughout the program year.

Kubota’s Kaizen Excellence Program, or KEP, was designed to identify, recognize, and reward

dealerships that demonstrate profitable and efficient operations while consistently achieving high levels of

customer satisfaction. The program evaluates dealers across four pillars that are essential to dealership

success:

2. Performance

3. Customer Satisfaction

4. Facilities Appeal

For the 2025 recognition cycle, dealers that ranked in the top 50% based on their average scores

across all KEP Key Performance Indicators were recognized as Kubota Kaizen Dealers of Excellence in

this year’s program. Kubota places great emphasis on rewarding dealers for outstanding service to its

customers and for consistently meeting its business goals.
